Modular / Interloc Rigid / Flange Mount Holders

MFH Interloc Rigid Holders are extremely rigid and stable because of the triple contact feature that contacts with the spindle taper, face, and side.  Allowing up to 50% feed rate increases or more, increased depth of cut, decrease vibration and chattering.

Modular / Interloc Rigid / Tapered Extensions

Interloc Rigid Tapered Extension Shanks:  These extensions are larger in size and assemble with MFH Interloc Flange Mount Holders and are best used for heavy milling applications.  Extensions are tapered which give you the ability to add more rigidity when your tool needs to be tapered or reduced to a smaller size.  Interloc Rigid Tapered extensions are also modular allowing you to interchange and combine various cutters, extensions, adapters, and etc. with them.  Available in different sizes & lengths plus special designs can be made on request too.

Modular / Interloc Rigid / Tapered T2 Extensions

Interloc Rigid Tapered-T2 Extension Shanks:  These extensions are larger in size and assemble with MFH Interloc Flange Mount Holders and are best used for heavy milling applications.  Similar to the tapered extensions listed above but with more of a slimmer taper for tooling that needs to be more narrow and slim for long reach and extra narrow cutting applications.  Interloc Rigid Tapered-T2 extensions are also modular allowing you to interchange and combine various cutters, extensions, adapters, and etc. with them.  Available in different sizes & lengths plus special designs can be made on request too.

Interloc Rigid Straight Extension Shanks:  These extensions are larger in size and assemble with MFH Interloc Flange Mount Holders and are best used for heavy milling applications.  Interloc Rigid Straight extensions are also modular allowing you to interchange and combine various cutters, extensions, adapters, and etc. with them.  Available in different sizes & lengths plus special designs can be made on request too.

Interloc Rigid Modular Face Mill Extension: are larger in size and assemble with MFH Interloc Flange Mount Holders and are best used for heavy milling applications.  Interloc Rigid Modular Face Mill Extension allows you to use various face mill cutters on short or long reach applications.  Being modular these Face Mill extension allows you to interchange and combine them to different holders and extensions.  Available in different adapter sizes and special shell mill adapter styles can be made on request too.

Interloc Rigid Adapters & Shanks: assemble with MFH Interloc Flange Mount Holders and are best used for heavy milling applications.  Interloc Rigid Adapters & Shanks are available with a standard Weldon Flat connection or with an Interloc modular connection styles.  They are also available in different lengths and sizes.  Also being modular these adapters and shanks allows you to interchange and combine them to different holders and extensions.  Special and custom sizes available on request.
