Interloc Modular CAT-40 Shank Holders

CAT-40 Interloc Shank Holders is a system that uses shanks to connect directly to the holder. You must connect an Interloc IXS shank first into the holder before combining any other Interloc connections. These holders are best used for straight, deep, and narrow cutting applications where tapered holders might be too wide for. Holder connects with 0.750", 1.000" & 1.250" Interloc IXS Shanks.

These holders are also modular allowing you to combine various cutter heads, extensions, & adapters directly to the holder. Performs as a solid tool and best used for long reach applications that require a more rigid tooling system.

Modular Dual Contact CAT-40 & CAT50 Holders

Ultra Fit Holders will auto adjust to your CAT40 or CAT50 spindle allowing no gap on the gage line creating a Solid Dual Contact with the spindle taper and face.  No additional assembly or machining to the spindle required like other dual contact holders in the market. Ultra Fit holders have 100% full contact with the face and taper of the spindle this increased surface area contact will increase tooling life and accuracy. Ultra Fit Holders are also compatible with all Interloc tooling connections.
