Modular / Interloc / ER Collet Extensions

Interloc ER collet extensions allows you to use your existing collet holders with the Modular Interloc System.  These collets extensions give you the ability to add extra cutting lengths to your ER holder when deeper cutting applications are needed.  Interloc ER collet extensions are also modular allowing you to interchange and combine various end mill holders, cutters, and extensions to it.  Available in different sizes & lengths plus special designs can be made on request too.

Interloc Modular Drill Chuck Adapters:  Drill chuck adapters with the modular Interloc System on it allowing you to drill short or long reach applications.  Being modular these drill chuck adapters allows you to interchange and combine them to different holders and extensions. Interloc IXS Modular Straight Extension Shanks:  These shanks have both Interloc and Weldon flats on it, giving you the benefit to connect with Troy Industries Modular Interloc holders or standard Weldon flat holders.  These extensions shanks give you the ability to add extra cutting lengths to your tooling holder when deeper cutting applications are needed.  Interloc IXS straight extensions are also modular allowing you to interchange and combine various cutters, extensions, adapters, and etc. with them.  Available in different sizes & lengths plus special designs can be made on request too.

Interloc IXS Modular Tapered Extension Shanks:  These shanks have both Interloc and Weldon flats on it, giving you the benefit to connect with Troy Industries Modular Interloc holders or standard Weldon flat holders.  These extensions shanks are tapered which give you the ability to add more rigidity when your tool needs to be tapered and reduced to a smaller size for long reach and narrow cutting application.  Interloc IXS tapared extensions are also modular allowing you to interchange and combine various cutters, extensions, adapters, and etc. with them. Available in different sizes & lengths plus special designs can be made on request too.
